It Takes A Village ABA is founded on the belief that every child in need of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy receives the highest caliber of consideration and treatment. Every family with even one behaviorally divergent child deserves a support system for the emotional range they will inevitably experience. The combination of Richard’s skillset and Salma’s exemplary track record of helping clients improve their quality of life, create a dynamic dream-team with only one goal in mind: giving their client’s the best tools to live a fulfilling life.

Executive Director

Salma, MA, BCBA

Lead Behavior Analyst

Salma received her Master’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education & Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of West Florida. Before becoming a behavior analyst, Salma was a behavior therapist for six years and provided direct therapy to various children with different needs and strengths. Thanks to her hands-on experience, she had the opportunity to help many clients reach their goals and learn new skills. Being a BCBA allows her to help even more families and to work alongside ethical and passionate therapists. Being a behavior analyst requires taking on the leadership role and Salma always strives to be the model of best practice for her team of technicians.
Kindness, compassion, and science are at the forefront of her practice.

"As a former RBT and now as a BCBA, it brings me much joy to see my clients' lives improve one goal at a time"
